On 5 August 2020, One Nation put forward the Education Legislation Amendment (Parental Rights) Bill 2020 (the Bill) for review. This Bill centres around the notion that all school curriculum, syllabuses, and courses of instruction must acknowledge that parents are primarily responsible for the teaching of social, political, and moral matters to their children.
