Western Sydney Community Forum ‘s design and events team have collaborated to produce this film retrospective, showcasing some of the events and women throughout the region, celebrating International Women’s Day in 2017.
The song featured, ‘Greater Western Sydney Woman’, is composed and performed by Aunty Jacinta Tobin, Darug Elder and musician, whose inspirational music captures the spirit and essence of this international event. Aunty Jacinta created and contributed this piece especially for the Forum’s 2017 Women’s Day celebrations. Thanks Aunty Jacinta!
