The forum aims to provide a better understanding of housing issues especially in regards to appeals rights/processes for those who are deemed ineligible for certain types/level of housing assistance and moreso with the recent changes in the sector. Given that most social housing clients have diverse and multiple issues, increasingly non-housing services are also called upon to find solutions for them as well. Shelter/housing is the basic key to resolving most issues for people especially those most in need and having better knowledge of the social housing sector will go a long way in providing better services for clients and their families.
Due to the expected large volume of interest, it is advised that you confirm your attendance as early as possible.
