Welcome to WSCF

The HACC Enabling Approach Awareness Raising Workshops are are facilitated in Western Sydney by WSCF HACC Development and Training Officers together with ADHC Metro North Planning Team. Topics covered in this workshop include:

• The principles of and purposes behind an Enabling Approach in HACC/Community Care (CC).
• The differences between the Traditional and Enabling Approaches in HACC.
• Facilitating an Enabling Approach in your HACC/CC service.
• Identifying barriers and positive approaches to overcome these barriers.
• Discussion of learnings from NSW “Better Practice” Project.
